Orders are filled in a prompt manner. With earth-friendly intentions, merchandise is shipped using as much recycled material as possible; this can include the shipping box and packing materials. Orders are packed to insure content stability with an emphasis on contributing to the preservation of our earth's resources. We ask you to continue the process and consider recycling all packing materials if at all possible.
We accept order returns within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Return orders must be sent insured. Merchandise must be properly packed before shipping.
